I am new on the lake this year, I have had a few morning sessions around the island but nothing to acount for other than a bream!
Its fair to say i am struggling! any tips and advice would be appreciated!

Last two visits have found it to be a bit harder than this time last year,but there have been more people on the bank so this could be the reason. When we have a bit more rain and the temp drops a bit I think we will see some good weights coming out.The swims 29-33 look really good now Tony and mates have done some work on them,good job well done lads !Looking foward to my next visit and a decent carp on the bank.

I've always found it best not to throw in loads of particles etc,but a few boilies in the general area and a few on a stringer usually work well.Always spend some time out with the marker float as the channels can be quite productive when everyone else is struggling,and you don't have to cast miles out to reach the fish,they can come from a couple of rod lengths out.
